problems with textures
I have a problem when I try to add a texture to a 3d object:
¿How can i avoid the texture get stretch in those places?

You will need to change the UV slightly in the modelling software you used.

I'm usin 3ds max, how can I change the uv?
I have never used 3ds max unfortunately but there might be some tutorials available on the web, if not I am afraid I cannot help you.
