Have you tried running Unity as an ad$$anonymous$$istrator?
Thanks worked for me but if anyone reads this you need to run unity editor as ad$$anonymous$$istrator mode (Not Unity Hub) you can find your unity editor in C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor
