Some suggestions about level building.
Hey there! I need some help. I'm creating a game in unity, and I need some advices about how to build the game level. Everything in my game is happening in a school. So, how should I proceed ? Should I model the whole school or only the parts separately, and place them in unity. Please, advise something. Thanks in advance.

If you make the parts separately you will manage better the graphics. In fact you can create different levels with the scene and upload every part as a new scene with load additive level. Application.LoadLevelAdditiveAsync("schoolHall") This is how works some sandbox games.
In fact it's not a really complete answer. There's a lot of reasons why you should do it separately. For example, culling mask: http://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/Camera-culling$$anonymous$$ask.html
