You know you don't need to form a company to publish a game, right? Only some marketplaces insist on it (Nintendo I know for one), but Google, Apple, Windows stores etc. you can list games as an individual.

I know i just think it would be easier for people to find me and my games, i mean they wont find me easily if i use my real name Antoni but if i use a company name it would be easier for people to find me.

I know that at least with Apple; you can't publish a game as a "company" unless you really are a company (legally incorporated and so forth.) You have to use your own name on the App store if you are the sole developer.

For each of your question i can only tell you to inform yourself in your own country. The founding of companies has certainly nothing to do with Unity and might vary from country to country. Usually there's no problem with one-man-companies. It's also a matter of what company form you want.

The name problem (also off topic) is a similar one. You usually can use names that are already in use as long as it's not related to the same thing. But you should check if it's a registrated trademark or otherwise restricted. Those "tests" can only be done on concrete names.

So just search, if you don't know how, ask google how to use google properly. Finally each country usually has offical agencies / administrations which can be ask in such cases.

Thank you, i know it doesn't have to do with Unity but i didn't know where else i could ask for this. The game will be free to play at least my first one so i don't think i will have any problem. Although the name is a problem if there is a website where i could see which names are available for use please tell me. Thank you.
