How to setup the Hd render pipline material textures in substance painter?

How to setup the Hd render pipline material textures in substance painter? I've been looking into the beta of Unity 2018 and Noticed It has its own shaders. But some of the textures Im not sure what textures should be in the alfa channels example ruffness and spec. How would I setup the textures in substance so i get the correct results. Thank you.
