Why isn't my start screen loading?

Hey guys, I am using a plugin on Unity for in-app purchases called SOOMLA store, and it requires that, in a scene that will only load once, SOOMLA must be initialized. Because of this, I created an empty scene with this code attached to the camera:

 using UnityEngine;
 using System.Collections;
 using UnityEngine.SceneManagement;
 namespace Soomla.Store
 {
     public class StartingLoad : MonoBehaviour
     {
         void Start () {
             Soomla.Store.SoomlaStoreAndroid.Initialize (new TrumpathonAssets());
             SceneManager.LoadScene(14);
         }
     }
 }

The namespace Soomla.Store must be used in this script because the Soomla.Store.SoomlaStoreAndroid.Initialize () function needs to be run in the start function.

Now what I am concerned about is the SceneManager.LoadScene(14); line. When I run it in my editor, it works fine, and I don't even see this scene because it loads pretty quick and just jumps to the start screen, which is scene 14. However, it has been released on Google Play store under the name Trumpathon, and when people open it on their devices, it just gets stuck on that first blank scene and stays there, not allowing anything to happen. Can anybody tell me why?
