Unity game: Real Minimum Requirements (really minimal)

Question

What are exactly minimum requirements for Unity game for Windows? I mean really minimal like minimal .Net version or other things you need to just run game (Unity game launcher too). Just to start the game.

I could't find it summed up anywhere.
