character feet go slightly beneath floor in certain situations

With the default Character Controller. Whenever the character goes down a slope and back up they are slightly beneath the floor as seen in the first image.

Once I jump up and land, the character is then ON the floor as intended. (image 2)

The only way to counter it is with a box collider on my floor objects. Mesh Collider seems to cause this problem when on my slope floor platforms and all curved platforms.

The major trouble is curved platforms. These are broken. The curves cause the player to go slightly under the floor. Even Mounting the player to the curved object does not do as intended.

Image 2 (On Floor as intended) Only possible if I Jump first. And since there is no cylinder collider the edge of my cylinder is mess due to not having a cylinder collider

When I look into my player object (red cube) I can see its going to the Character Controller collider first. I've played with skin width and I can somewhat correct it however my character either floats above ground or is always below it.
