Pausing my game works but in one level it does not work!

I have 3 Levels in my game, and I made a pausing system that I copied from "gamesplusjames" youtube tutorial series. It works fine, without flaws in Levels 1 and 2, but in level 3, the pause menu pops up but I cannot interact with it, which is strange since the pause menu is a prefab so it should be the same as in the other levels.
