colliderscript.object
the object passes through the collider
how can I make sure that a rigidbody object does not pass through the collider when isKinematic is turned on ?

It's simple. Just make sure that the 'Collision Detection' under your Rigidbody / Rigidbody2D component is set to 'Continuous'. Good luck ;-)
