Unity editor Slowness when starting

I just wanna be sure that is not my computer problem, or my DX12, I'm trying with diferent versions of unity, all are showing slowness at start my computer settings are intel core i3-7020u cpu 2.30GHz 8GB Ram windows 10 64bits SSD 240GB I look for the min requirements for unity, my computer looks to be ok at least for learning unity. when loading finish I can't work because Unity editor looks broken. below screenshot, alt text I appreciate the help
