How to - Import a Sketchup (.skp) Model into Unity runtime? If this is problematic then how to convert skp file to obj or fbx or another format? Where is any library or anything to do this?

That asset imports FBX, not Sketchup.
You gave a snarky answer but demonstrated (twice) no ability to understand the actual question asked.
