How do I get a Blender texture into Unity, if it's just a material?

I know that there are many questions on this, but I can't find one on this specifically. I'm new to modeling in Blender, and textures in general. If I have just put a few basic color materials onto my object in Blender, how do I export that as a texture? How do I get that into Unity? Thanks!
