How to keep players from interacting with same object? / How to only detect specific player inputs?
Hello, how are you?
The simplest way I can describe this is, I'm basically trying to recreate something like overcooked/out of space.

I want Player1 to go up to a game object and activate it. Upon activation a sort of "Quick time event" starts, (is that the right name for it?) Like in overcooked, you go to a cutting board, and the game asks you to press the A button repeatedly.

But in my game, how do I stop Player2 from pressing the A button and it affecting Player1's progress? Or, keep Player2 from interfering?

What is the best practice here?
