Drag and Drop inside Layout Group to change sequence and also to shift to another layout group

i have 4 layout groups as a children of a same parent. All Layout group contain finite number of images. How can i arrange the images sequence using drag and drop and how can i transfer the image from one layout group to another layout group?? Kindly help
