Each click in Unity opens a window with the text “code compilation”.

Hello, I am working on one platformer. I transferred the project to another computer, and for the first twenty minutes of working in Unity everything was fine, after that errors came to the console, and after each click in Unity a window with the text “code compilation” turned on. And it was impossible to work on Unity. How I can solve this problem? (I'am working in Unity 2018.4.14f1, The computer from which I uploaded the files are working on Unity 2017.1.13f1
