LWRP Changing Shadow Resolution in Scripting
Hello again, I've asked a similar question before about changing something in the LWRP pipeline but I once again ran into a roadblock and I'm still searching for a solution. I have an options menu in my game and I want to expose a few quality settings for the user to be able to adjust on their own for performance reasons and one of those is shadow resolution. However grabbing the LWRP asset, the shadow resolution along with a slew of other things are Read-Only and that gobstrucks me because how come I can change the MSAA sample count but can't change the shadowmap resolution?
No I don't want to create 10 different render pipeline assets that have different shadow resolutions, there has to be a way to change the single property). Honestly some of these roadblocks I'm hitting is making me want to switch back to the classic render pipeline since its much simpler over there to change some of these render settings.
Is there any way I can change the shadowmap resolution in LWRP through scripting? Its read-only in the API which sucks, is there a way to change it?
