Too subjective and argumentative
Something about textures and UVW mapping.
Hello, everyone. Actually, this question is not only about techinical things. I'm just a rookie in Unity3D. I got a mission several days ago. I'm asked to make a 3D-map looking better. There are a lot of irregular objects in it and I need to add different textures on them. Until now, I know that I need 3DSMAX & Photoshop. But could anyone tell me how long will it take for a rookie like me to finish all of these? Cuz I need to make a schedule and show it to my boss. And also sth here. Could anyone give me a method of how to finish this? Up to now, I have no pre-made textures for those objects so I have to draw everything in PS. However, I'm not so good at PS. Here's a sample of those irregular objects. Thanks a lot.
It's really not clear what part of Unity you are asking for help with. Robhuhn's comment is good.

Ahh... Good to c u agn... Is it really that complicated? Or just time-wasting? I got about 80 pieces to deal with.
I really depends on how fast you can learn, how much talent you have and how complex your models/textures are. We can't know all that and thus you won't get an accurate answer here. It can take days/weeks/months.
Actually, there's less than 1 month left for me. Hope I can finish it! Thanks anyway!
