How to fix unity3d from crashing?

Each time I open Unity3D it crashes. I have unity 5.2.2f downloaded, please help me.

Do you have too much in unity to handle? Like one project is too big, and it keeps crashing unity over and over again.

I turn on unity, it loads the new project window then it crashes @Sonicbulletwolf
