Did any one got and issue with finding tag in 5.5.1 or later
HI, i upgraded my project from 5.3.4 to 5.5.1 , and i am giving a WEBGL and ANDROID build. Here i am facing a big issue. Finding or detecting an object using tag is not working. When i changed the code and finding with name of that object its working fine. Ive seen this issue in two or more games. I dont know why, but for every detection like
GameObject.FindWithTag("tag") or OnCollisionEnter(Collision col) { if(col.tag =="tag") \\dosomething } or OnTriggerEnter(Collider other) { if(other.tag =="tag") \\dosomething } or using Physics.Raycast(). if (Physics.Raycast(ray, out hit)) { if (hit.collider.tag =="tag") } None of this code is working when i used to work with tag. I checked in unity 5.6.3 also, there is no change in result. So if any one know about this problem, please check and give me some feed back.
