How to create a tiled floor

I purchased Sci -FI Heavy Station Base kit and am creating the floor for My first level. Currently, I have a 3 x 3 floor created and am trying to duplicate the entire 3x 3 verses the individual cells. I am having trouble doing this. Since I am new to Unity and learning as I go along, there must be an easier way to duplicate My 3 x 3 tiles and snap them to each other. Any advice or pointers as to where I can look to do this?
