Understanding of Animator Rebind function
I am using Animator.Rebind() function for changing hierachy of animated object at runtime. I use this function for detaching hands from camera, which works. But I have problem when I want to attach hands back to camera, because it changes local position of hands object.
My temporary fix is:
Vector3 handsRootPosition = handsRoot.transform.localPosition;
animator.Rebind();
handsRoot.transform.localPosition = handsRootPosition;
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
