How to get and show the data from Sql Server database on detection of Target Image?

Hello,

I am developing an Unity 3D project such that, upon scan Target Image need to show the 3D image(Virtual Image) along with details of the 3D Image from SQL Database.The 3D Image details already available in database.

Please suggest me the best approach.
