Getting the unique hardware ID of the android device
I have tried getting the Unique ID using the SystemInfo.deviceUniqueIdentifier https://docs.unity3d.com/ScriptReference/SystemInfo-deviceUniqueIdentifier.html and used AndroidJavaClass https://answers.unity.com/questions/529513/getting-android-id-in-unity.html but the problem is its not matching with the ID that I get using the DeviceID app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.evozi.deviceid&hl=da I have been using this app to get the hardware ID and get the oculus signature https://dashboard.oculus.com/tools/osig-generator/ file made so that my VR apks work on the specific device. I was hoping to get this ID. It would be easy to verify it too. How will a non developer verify a device ID got from the above mentioned methods? that seems difficult.
SystemInfo.deviceUniqueIdentifier => c8a28 ... 2019fc7f and AndroidJavaClass => 4891...d92
The number i get do not match with the ID a get using the DeviceID app as shown in the images
