Scrollable world map with mouse drag or finger
Hello,
I am trying to create a scrollable world map you see in a lot of mobile games. This map should work with a finger drag or a mouse drag so I can test on PC and on the mobile phone. The map would be one large image and that can be panned around and on that map I will have different interaction points that can be tapped or clicked by the user. I can figure out the rest of those details, I am just having a challenge trying to make a scrollable map that doesn't jerk all over the place when I am dragging.
Also when the camera moves, it should be contained within the bounds of the map image.
Can someone help me understand how to accomplish this?
Thanks!
