Eligibility and game development for third party company
Hi! A big company wants to hire me to develop a game (a course inside a game). They will profit by selling it online. My question is:
Is the eligibility (< $200K ) applied only to me or will also be directed to my client (wich is way over that ammount per year)? That was not very cristal.
Thanks.

Uhm, it's actually pretty clear
If you are an individual or a Legal Entity providing services to a third party, your Total Finances is deemed to be your customer or client’s Total Finances
So yes, if the company that hires your service is >200k then you have to use Unity pro.
Please note that I'm not a lawyer and I can't give you reliable advice in legal questions. If you have further legal questions about Unity you should contact the Unity support
