How to make resoluton indenedent ui

Hello.I am working on a mobile game.Its almost done.but im stuck at menu.

i edited anchors and made their position always same

but i cant freeze object size if screen resoluton is bigger than i made, buttons images etc gets smaller

do you know how to freeze size?
