how to install Standard Asset?

I saw that you can install Standard Asset when you install Unity as follows. https://docs.unity3d.com/2017.3/Documentation/Manual/InstallingUnity.html

However, if it is actually installed, I will not find the Standard Asset Component as shown in the attached file. Can I download the Standard Asset install. exe file separately? I want to install as a basic program rather than import from Asset Store.

My OS environment is Windos 10. The version I currently installed is 2018.2.14f1. Please reply. alt text
