The game crashes only on some Windows devices
Out of a hundred testers, only one (!) get crashes on start-up (the usual crash window in Windows). I can not even imagine what could be the problem. Rebooting Steam / Computer does not help (yes, the game is already available in Steam and uses some of its services). Checking the integrity of files also gives nothing. DirectX 12 is installed. Any help?
