My UNITY is not loading

Hi My Name is Andrew and i recently got the NEWEST version of unity and it was stuck at a blue line, so i downgraded and it still did not work, i tried this with ALL of them down to 2017.1.0f3 and none worked so i downgraded to Unity 5 and it worked, i would like to fix the latest ones so i can use the Asset Store!
