Size & Performance of Roll-a-Ball
Hello, Another question, after building the game, it sized over 55 megabytes, which is weird, considering that other games, like Project Hero for example, were much smaller in size, relative to what they had. Roll-a-Ball had 3 materials, no textures and no models. PH had models, animations, textures, particles, sounds, etc. and it's just over 75 megabytes. Is that normal? Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.
hello! there are a lot of things that can affect the performance, you should check the window>profiler and see whats causing the performance drawback. if you want to see why your build is so big, you can build and go to the console tab, and in the right rop corner menu click>open editor log, and check what resources are using that extra megabytes

In those cases most of the size comes from the engine itself. There are modules (like physics) that are always included and they have constant size no matter what's in your project.
