Simply export is as .FBX
Import in to Unity and scale it, disable 'Import Animation' and set rig to 'none'.
This should work just fine. You will have to skin it in Unity as skinning done in Blender won't be directly transported.
In Blender save your model. Apply Location Scale and Rotation.
In file menu select export -> As Autodesk .FBX
Remove animations checkbox Export directly to your Unity Project Asset/$$anonymous$$odels folder.
