AI Pathfinding In A Certain Height
Okay so I have been working a small game demo, and I have some entities that will follow the player and other entities, but I want to have one of my AI's stay above a certain y position and others stay below. When creating a navmesh can I set this up, or can I set this up in a script?

You can simply cut the terrain in half with a large navigation-static collider, bake the mesh, then disable the collider. No unit using that NavMesh will be able to cross that part of the terrain.
