Can't download my assets from the store

Each time i try to re-download some of my asset and try to import it, it works but when it tryed to import, it imports craziness in my project !!!

for example, i'm trying to re import a tank model i bought, and it try to import "toon shader" in my folders ... it has nothing to do. It's like it is try to download another asset (kind of asset i didn't pay for !) this is the same with all my asset, it downloads anything else but what i want ...

is that a security failure ? how can i download MY assets ?
