game is gone,i accidentaly clicked on the unity logo next to all of the assets, a pop up appeared and i clicked save, then evrything dissapeared except for my downloaded asset folders. how do i get it back?

I misclicked on the unity logo next to the asset folders, a pop up appeared asking me to save, I pressed yes, then everything disappeared except for my asset folders. How do I get my stuff back.,
