Please, trying for days to figure out how to get a grid system that automatically creates rooms with walls

I have been trying for days , on an off for possibly some weeks to try and figure out how to get a 3D grid system that automatically creates rooms with automatically created walls.

A system where if to select a certain amount of tiles then would make those selected tiles into a room that is enclosed by walls.

I have tried many attempts and all have failed, and to me unity seems to be lacking in what I am trying to accomplish.
