Random Tilemap Generation

Hey guys!

Im trying to make a simple script for my game, The script needs to simply randomly place tiles next to each other in order to make a map.

I would like to have it randomly pick a gameobject pool and have a limit to how many it can place (like a 3x3)

I have looked online for about 2 hours the ones im finding are full on dungeons (Places walls, floors and items) or they are random unity terrain scripts

Please help me out! Any info or links would be great!
