Unity 2017.0.3 Mouse Look Script With Clamp!!

So ive looked everywhere i mean everywhere and all i want is a character controller that moves the character forward in the direction my camera is pointing. but i want the camera to point towards the mouse but with a vertical clamp so my camera doesnt go crazy. I know its alot to ask but please!!
