Leaping Enemy - How to?
Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to make a leaping enemy in my top down 2d shooter. When the enemy reaches a certain position near the player, he should somewhat store the position of the player and then jump (fastly accelerate) to that position. So if the player moves away, the enemy will land at the position where the player would be, if he didn't move. I think i get the basic idea how to do it, I just have a problem with the process of storing the Vector3.position of the player, without updating it afterwards and the process of declaring the radius around the player, that will be the trigger for the LeapAttack function. Thanks, for any ideas or hints.
