Simple Tree View UI in a game?

Hello,

I am looking for some tips on creating a simple tree view list like the picture below. I have absolutely no idea how to code it. The only ideas I have found are editor GUIS provided on the Unity API... I don't want an editor GUI I want it in the actual game as a UI.
