Pixel Stream - Camera streaming

Question

Hi There, Is there a service/plugin/sample of how to do something similar to the UE's Pixel Streaming? I want to stream the Camera view, to a Browser.

Or something similar to this http://www.ikriz.nl/2014/02/21/creating-an-h-264-stream-from-unity-content/
