Is it possible to change default scene navigation in Unity?
Hi,
I'd like to change the default mouse controls used to navigate 3D space in Unity to match those of Blender. Is it possible for me to create user defined controls to navigate the scene view (ie use MMB to rotate my view, and MMB+Shift to pan)? Thanks,
Tim

Yes, it is possible. However you have to implement it yourself. For reference I implemented a custom scene view camera control which offers a speed control slider. It essentially duplicates the default controls, though might not have all features that the Unity default controls have. The important part is to actually call "Use()" on the relevant events to avoid the default behaviour. Note that not every default behaviour can be circumvented.
Over here I have an example how you could implement camera presets.
I'm not an artist and I never really used Blender. So it's up to you to replicate the camera movement.
