V-Ray Shader to Unity
Is there a smart solution to import a V-Ray Material into Unity or is there a possibility to convert a V-Ray Shader to a Unity Shader?

No because VRay shader works with VRay rendering only, without VRay plugin VRay shader can't work. I have done integration of VRay plugin with unity and complete VRay rendering as it works in 3ds Max. Now VRay has a .net sdk which is easily work with unity, but u'll have to purchase it.
The v-ray sdk seems to crash Unity when I tested it - have any problem shutting down vray at runtime without it locking up a unity app?
