Hundreds off errors n console upon starting Unity 2018.3.9f1 related to "has no meta file"

Reinstall of Unity does not help. Creating new, blank project does not help.

Unity freezes repeatedly every few seconds because of this.

Any solutions? Can't find one that does anything.
