[Tilemap] Can you spawn a Prefab (with colliter) together with a tile when placing it?

I was wondering if this is possible. So far when I made my level with tiles I had to manually add a collider for every element and that takes a lot of time. I would be nice If I could auto spawn certain prefab with collider when I place a certain tile to it looks like this
