2D game. How do I make the camera follow the player until it reaches the edge of a section of the map?
After it gets to the edge it will either stop and scroll to the next section or it will allow the player to get closer to the edge without the camera following him? I read that the sectioning of the map may be called "volumes"? but I'm not really sure though. Trying to make it with the Link to the past kind of style. Any help will be appreciated.
