ResetTime doesnt work. help pls

You can use couroutine. This script can use it with UI canvas.

 private float seconds = 1.0f;
 
 void "name1" () {
 
       StartCouroutin("name2"());
 
 } 
 
 IEnumerator "name2" ()
 
 {
       //What you want to do it before it place here
       yield return new WaitForSeconds(seconds);
       //What you want to do it after it place here
