Aniamtion rigging, hand not holding gun? Transform 'Rig 1' not found in HumanDescription.

Ok so I set everything up properl;y, and used Align to transform, but for some reasong its not working, the hand just plays with the aniamtion and is not gripping the gun. what have I done wrong here?
