Break Legal condition
recently I started working on a project in Unity and i would like to use some paid assets from the Asset Store. I was searching then i find a website that you can download these paid asset for free.
I'd like to know if that would break any legal condition if i use it in my game.

In general as far as i know you have no issues to use paid assets in a game. Even if you distribute it for profit.
But i hope the main question is meant as a joke... You could rewrite that question to: "if i try to cross a border with fake documents could i get in trouble?" or "If i break the law is that illegal?"
well... yes. Of cause. There might be a website distributing free assets that you normally have to pay for but in the end that as well is not legal since bought assets from the store are bought on a per lincense base...
Also try to ask yourself the question: If it was your asset where you poured a lotlot work into and you put it on the assetstore for a few bucks. Would you want someone to rip it from some different source for his own profit without giving you credit for your work? especially if it's just a few bucks?
tldr: try not to be a d*** about this.
Disclaimer: I'm no laywer, this is no real legal advice
Right, In very rare cases the author of an asset could choose to sell the item on the asset store but also provide it for free on a different platform. But in 99% of all cases nobody would do this. I would be very suspicious of a site that provides many paid assets from different authors for free. This is most likely an illegal site.
What is more common is that an author releases an asset under two seperate licenses. For example one paid license and a free one, but the free license is often restricted to non-commercial use. There are also GPL equivalent licenses for assets / media which only allow usage in such projects.
