Bullet Ricochet Errors
Hello, I'm having trouble creating a ricochet effect for my bullet. I've tried many ways to make it work, but for certain walls it goes through walls or rotates incorrectly.
Anyone know of a solution to this? Most commonly I'm trying to rotate the bullet like this: transform.eulerAngles.y = -transform.eulerAngles.y but assigning special commands based on the bullet's rotation. Thank you.
Do your bullet have a rigidbody? Physics does the ricochet automatically. Or are you faking a ricochet with a moving object? (no physics envolved).
